I am low on cash, bored, and feeling quite apathetic due to the fact that I am currently on summer break.
(I work in higher education and am a 10-month employee, in case you did not know).
My summer break so far has been spent on the couch, watching Love Island UK, or lying in bed, scrolling on TikTok.
Because of this, I am feeling the deep (and primal) need to shop. In the past few weeks, I’ve found myself scrolling on Depop, browsing summer sales, and feeling like I don’t have enough clothes.
I am desperate to no longer feel like this, so I have been trying to spend a concerted time doing things that I enjoy, but that also provide me with satisfaction.
